Direct line to the builder. Bettor is built by a one-person team. That means every support email lands in the developer's inbox — there's no support tier between you and the person who shipped the code. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Please include:

  • Your device model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15 / iOS 18.4 or Pixel 8 / Android 15).
  • The Bettor app version (Settings → About → Build).
  • A short description of what you expected vs what happened, plus a screenshot if relevant.

How to delete your account

Bettor lets you delete your account and associated data directly inside the app:

  1. Open Bettor AI.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your verdict history, preferences, subscription state, and quota records are soft-deleted within 30 days.

If you cannot access the in-app flow (for example, you cannot sign in), email us at [email protected] with the subject "Bettor account deletion" and we will process it manually within 7 business days. Read the full data-handling details in our privacy policy.

How to manage your subscription

Bettor Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see your payment-card details and we cannot process cancellations or refunds on your behalf.

iOS (App Store)

  1. Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
  2. Tap Bettor AI and choose Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  2. Tap Bettor AI and choose Cancel subscription.

Refund requests go through Apple's or Google's respective help flows. We are happy to advocate on your behalf for genuine billing errors — just email us with the order ID.

Common questions

Why didn't Bettor know about the match I asked about?

Bettor pulls live web search at the moment you ask. If the fixture hasn't been announced yet or the search returned thin coverage, Bettor will either ask you back for the missing detail or cap confidence at 65% and tell you it leaned on category base rates. We deliberately avoid faking confidence.

Why does the verdict change if I ask the same question twice?

Each verdict pulls fresh web results, which vary between calls — especially for actively-developing stories. The AI also samples its response, so phrasing may shift slightly. The core verdict (YES / NO / TOO CLOSE) and the confidence band should stay stable when the underlying evidence is.

I bought premium but I'm still seeing the paywall.

Premium entitlement flows from RevenueCat through Apple/Google. Restoration is usually automatic on app launch, but sometimes you'll need to nudge it: Settings → tap "Restore purchases". If the issue persists, email us with your Apple receipt or Google order ID and we will sync your account manually.

Is Bettor available in my country?

Bettor is available in jurisdictions where prediction-analysis applications are lawful. We do not enable real-money gambling in any jurisdiction. If the app is not visible in your local App Store or Play Store, it may not yet be approved for your region.

Can Bettor see my actual bets?

No. Bettor has no integration with sportsbooks, exchanges, or your bank. We do not know whether you place a bet on a verdict, what stake you used, or whether you won. The only thing we store is the question you asked and the verdict we produced.
